Hallie Ciarlone

Hallie is our Director of College Counseling. She holds a B.A. in sociology and public policy from Franklin & Marshall College, where she also spent a significant amount of time working in the college's admissions office. Hallie earned her M.Ed. in School Counseling from Loyola University Maryland and is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Before joining the DVFriends community in 2011, Hallie was the Director of College Counseling at an independent school in Baltimore, MD. Hallie is an active member of NACAC, PACAC, and ACCIS. She currently serves on the PACAC Professional Development Committee and is a Faculty Mentor for the PACAC Summer Institute.
