DVFriends needs your student’s completed physical and immunizations form before they return to campus. Returning families can access Magnus through PowerSchool use their existing login to access and upload completed forms. New families, once you log into PowerSchool, you will be able to access Magnus Health. For your convenience, we have included a link to the physical and immunizations form below. Please upload to Magnus when completed or send by email to Chris Bedard, School Nurse. Please do not send paper forms to school. Health forms are due by August 16, 2024. Questions about student health information and Magnus forms, please contact Chris Bedard, School Nurse.

Lower School students receive an iPad to use in school and access to several learning apps that teachers use in classes. Passwords and descriptions will be shared with parents over the first few weeks of school.

DVFriends partners with Brock as our food service provider, offering a number of options for daily student lunches. Lunch items can be purchased à la carte or by purchasing an Annual Meal Plan. In response to parent feedback, we are tailoring our Lower School Lunch program specifically for our youngest students. For the 2024-25 school year, our culinary team will offer meals to our Lower School Students for $5. These meals will have slightly smaller portion sizes and consist of an entrée, side, snack, and a drink. For families who wish to pay in advance, we are offering a Lower School Meal plan at a 10% discounted rate of $715 for the year. Families can purchase the meal plan by sending a check to the school with your student’s name and “Lunch Plan” in the memo or email the business office at [email protected] to have the charges added to your FACTS tuition account. Families can add funds to their account online or they will be able to send in cash with their student to be added to their account. (Note, Brock will not be able to make change, but they can add any change amount to a student’s online account.) Please visit dvfriends.familyportal.cloud to create a Meal Magic account. (This will replace RevTrak.) Once there, you can watch a short video with instructions to create an account. Note: You should have your student’s ID number from PowerSchool available when you log on.
